Guerlain E-Business and CRM Intern

- Manage the catalog of new products, ensuring the creation, optimization, and enhancement of product listings with necessary elements such as texts, visuals, and videos.
- Monitor weekly and monthly sell-out performance, consolidating and analyzing data from the NPD panel.
- Conduct weekly visibility checks of e-retailers and brands, along with competitive analysis.
- Execute e-trade operations, managing freelancers for asset creation (banners, emailings, landing pages) and overseeing promotional tools (GWP, samples).
- Manage and track recurring CRM campaigns such as birthdays and new clients.
- Draft the CRM Newsletter for field teams, communicating CRM performance, timely information, and activation plans.
- Support field teams with ad-hoc requests (client portfolio assignments, client sheets, flower bouquets).
- Handle gift dispatches for the Guerlain&Vous loyalty program according to boutique and Client Service needs.
- Currently enrolled in a business school at a master's level or equivalent, ideally with initial experience in digital project management.
- Organized, versatile, and meticulous with an open-minded approach.
- Proactive with a knack for problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication with headquarters, boutiques, field teams, and service providers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Entry-level experience, ideally with a background in digital project management.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
