- Ensure excellence in e-merchandising on Guerlain.com, including new product launches, monitoring out-of-stock items, and creating dedicated pages.
- Manage the operational strategy for promotions, including gifts and samples, and relay promotional offers.
- Oversee the online appointment booking platform and manage tickets with the support team.
- Track Guerlain.com's performance, sharing daily sales figures and market priorities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, including operation reviews, customer feedback collection, and benchmarking.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer service regarding clienteling and customer feedback on the site.
- Monitor weekly and monthly e-retail performance, consolidating and analyzing NPD panel data.
- Conduct weekly visibility checks of e-retailers and competitive analysis.
- Execute e-trade operations, managing freelancers for asset creation and promotional activities.
- Manage the catalog of new products, providing necessary elements for product page creation and optimization.
- Manage and track recurring CRM campaigns, including birthdays and new customers.
- Draft the CRM newsletter for field teams, communicating CRM performance, updates, and activation plans.
- Support field teams with ad-hoc requests, such as client portfolio assignments and customer profiles.
- Manage gift shipments for the Guerlain&You loyalty program based on boutique and customer service needs.
- Currently enrolled in a business school program at a Master's level (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- Ideally, previous experience in digital project management.
- Organized, versatile, and meticulous with an open-minded approach.
- Proactive in problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Entry-level, suitable for students or recent graduates with some experience in digital project management.
Master's level student in business school or equivalent program.
