- Ensure excellence in e-merchandising on Guerlain.com, including new product launches, out-of-stock product monitoring, and dedicated page creation.
- Manage the operational strategy for promotional generosity, including gifts, samples, and promotional offers.
- Oversee the online appointment booking platform and coordinate with the support team for ticket management.
- Monitor Guerlain.com performance metrics, including daily sales figures and market priorities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, such as product launch evaluations, customer review collections, and e-gift card tracking.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Customer Service team regarding clienteling needs and customer feedback on the website.
- Track weekly and monthly e-retail sell-out performance and analyze NPD panel data.
- Conduct weekly visibility checks for e-retailers and competitive analysis.
- Execute e-trade operations, including asset creation management and promotional support.
- Manage the catalog of new products, ensuring the availability of necessary elements for product page creation and optimization.
- Oversee CRM campaign management, including birthday and new customer initiatives.
- Draft the CRM newsletter for field teams, providing performance updates and activation plans.
- Support field teams with ad-hoc requests, such as client portfolio assignments and loyalty gift management.
- Currently enrolled in a business school at a Master's level or equivalent program.
- Ideally possesses initial experience in digital project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and open-mindedness.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to digital project management.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or equivalent program.
