- Ensure excellence in e-merchandising on Guerlain.com, including new product launches, out-of-stock product monitoring, and dedicated page creation.
- Manage the operational aspects of the generosity strategy, including gifts, samples, and promotional offers.
- Oversee the online appointment booking platform and coordinate with the support team.
- Monitor Guerlain.com's performance, sharing daily sales figures and market priorities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, such as product launch reviews, customer feedback collection, and competitive benchmarking.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer service regarding clienteling and customer feedback on the website.
- Track weekly and monthly e-retail performance, consolidating and analyzing NPD panel data.
- Conduct weekly e-retailer visibility checks and competitive analysis.
- Execute e-trade operations, managing freelancers for asset creation and promotional activities.
- Manage the new product catalog, ensuring the creation, optimization, and enrichment of product listings.
- Oversee CRM campaigns, including birthday and new customer initiatives.
- Draft the CRM Newsletter for field teams, communicating CRM performance, updates, and activation plans.
- Support field teams with ad-hoc requests, such as client portfolio assignments and customer profiles.
- Manage gift dispatches for the Guerlain&Vous loyalty program in coordination with boutiques and customer service.
- Currently enrolled in a business school at a Master's level (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- Ideally, previous experience in digital project management.
- Organized, versatile, and meticulous.
- Proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Entry-level position suitable for students with some project management experience in digital environments.
Master's level student in business school or equivalent.
