1. Define, implement, develop, and sustain global e-commerce operations.
2. Oversee all logistical processes involved in the customer experience journey, both domestically and internationally.
3. Manage logistics functions from order placement to delivery and returns, ensuring agility and responsiveness.
4. Establish new processes across central, subsidiary, shared service centers, and logistics centers.
5. Enhance technical specifications, information systems, and management tools to improve service quality, productivity, and environmental impact.
6. Ensure consistent activity reporting and manage e-commerce governance between sales, digital marketing, and operational teams at local, regional, and global levels.
7. Lead the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of e-commerce performance through key supply chain, logistics, transport, and quality indicators.
8. Participate in and lead projects related to direct retail within the DtoC team.
9. Act as the interface between various stakeholders involved in e-commerce and direct retail supply chain and logistics.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in supply chain, logistics/transport, and/or e-commerce.

1. Ability to identify and implement improvement areas and communicate them internationally.
2. Proficiency in leading and uniting remote teams.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in IT tools (Office, SAP & Power BI).
4. Familiarity with KPI implementation and monitoring.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
