- Lead and support full funnel paid media tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze, manage, and optimize media strategy to support brand equity and performance goals.
- Collaborate with agency partners and Digital & Communication teams to develop and launch digital media initiatives.
- Coordinate digital campaign development to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Work with NA and Global brand Marketing and Creative Services for project objectives and timely asset delivery.
- Ensure optimal user experience across all platforms and monitor program performance.
- Lead media campaign strategies and execution with media agencies.
- Establish performance marketing best practices and build ROI reports.
- Maintain audience group relevancy and refine segmentation.
- Provide competitor landscape studies and optimize communication strategy.
- Track key metrics for social/paid digital marketing efforts and provide insights.
- Establish relationships with digital key players and media partners.
- Partner with internal teams to amplify digital communication plans.
- Act as a social/digital expert to educate internal teams.
- Ensure brand tone of voice aligns across social channels.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in media-related projects.
- Advanced experience in building, executing, and measuring digital strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and business solutions.
- Ability to function in an entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Willingness to drive innovation and implement creative ideas.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in media-related projects. Agency background is a plus.
Salary range: $100,000 - $110,000, with flexibility for expertise, performance, and tenure.
The position offers a hybrid working model with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Wednesday and Friday. Additional benefits include competitive market pay and opportunities for career growth within LVMH.
