Guerlain Digital Marketing Intern

- Manage updates of e-retail sites in coordination with physical retail locations to ensure impeccable e-merchandising across approximately 100 B2B TR Europe clients, adhering to internal guidelines.
- Create brand pages and banners using PhotoPea.
- Monitor and update social media pages, digital packages, and magazines in alignment with Guerlain's strategic and innovation plans.
- Analyze posts, maintain an e-retail audit grid, and propose action plans.
- Edit quarterly newsletters for Beauty Consultants in collaboration with the training manager.
- Track and analyze statistics from the internal BeGuerlain TR Europe app for the headquarters team and Beauty Consultants.
- Develop training materials including presentations, brochures, video teasers, and incentives, and provide operational support.
- Create internal videos and visuals for the TR Europe team, including activation teasers and success stories.
- Assist with monthly reporting, including sell-out reports and competitive benchmarking.
- Support budget presentation preparations.
- Student in business school, communication, or university (Bac+4/5 level).
- Interest in digital marketing and proficiency with new technologies.
- Previous significant experience in digital and/or operational marketing is appreciated.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics market is a plus.

Beginner level with a keen interest in digital marketing and technology. Prior experience in digital or operational marketing is beneficial.
Student in business school, communication, or university (Bac+4/5 level).
