Guerlain Digital Marketing Intern

- Assist the e-Retail Marketing Manager in daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in the development and management of e-retail and digital campaigns across various channels.
- Aid in the opening of e-corners, ensuring adherence to brand image guidelines.
- Collaborate on the e-trade plan for social media and retailer websites.
- Contribute to monthly reports, analyzing sales, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
- Support the launch of campaigns in alignment with the brand's calendar and activations.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and campaigns across social media, email, and display channels.
- Assist the CRM team with campaign management and loyalty program needs.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is highly valued.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
- Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is essential.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Familiarity with digital trends and platforms.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
Previous professional experience in e-retail and/or digital marketing positions is advantageous but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related field.
