- Conduct audits, develop, and implement new digital tools for training, including AI, translation tools, and KPI tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the internal platform provider, ensuring effective management and development.
- Animate the digital platform to engage learners and inspire markets with best practices.
- Organize and curate educational content, creating new sections and deploying specific programs or features.
- Provide pedagogical context to existing and future digital platform content.
- Oversee the global deployment of blended learning training programs.
- Ensure continuous improvement and evolution of market reporting systems in collaboration with external consultants.
- Support strategic markets in administering and optimizing local content on the Be Guerlain application.
- Coordinate technical and functional requirements with stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze innovative digital learning methods and tools, ensuring alignment with the Learning strategy and market needs.
- Collaborate with Education and IT teams for the deployment of new tools.
- Proven expertise in educational technologies.
- Significant experience in digital learning.
- Ability to manage complex, multicultural projects on an international scale.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in strategic environments (exposure to COMEX, CEO).
- Strong pedagogical skills, capable of translating business needs into digital solutions.
