Guerlain Digital Innovation Intern

1. Participate in the management and steering of various innovation projects, supporting the design and development of new technologies.
2. Engage in the framing and definition of new solutions by identifying business needs and conducting framing workshops with teams such as Marketing, Training, Business Development, and CRM.
3. Contribute to change management by drafting and updating technology user guides, and training markets in new projects to support their implementation.
4. Monitor launches and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance.
5. Conduct benchmarking to identify retail, online, web 3, or Artificial Intelligence opportunities and third-party solutions that can enhance the customer experience.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 4/5 years of higher education.
2. Previous internship experience in digital, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks proactively and with commitment.
2. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Interest in new technologies such as web 3 and Artificial Intelligence is advantageous.

No prior professional experience is required, although previous internship experience in digital is preferred.

Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.

This is a subsidized internship.
