1. Participate in the management and steering of various innovation projects.
2. Support the design and development of new technologies.
3. Collaborate in the framing and definition of new solutions with various teams including Marketing, Training, Business Development, and CRM.
4. Contribute to change management by drafting and updating technology user guides.
5. Train markets in new projects and support their implementation.
6. Monitor launches and analyze key performance indicators.
7. Identify opportunities in retail, online, web 3, or Artificial Intelligence.
8. Identify third-party solutions to enhance customer experience.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 4/5 years of higher education.
2. Previous internship experience in digital, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
2. Proactive and committed approach to work.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Interest in new technologies such as web 3 and Artificial Intelligence.

Entry-level, suitable for beginners with some internship experience in digital.

Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.

This is a subsidized internship.
