- Update and verify Guerlain product pages and launches throughout the year.
- Collaborate closely with the E-commerce Hub Europe team at Guerlain headquarters on campaigns directing traffic to guerlain.com.
- Assist in managing search campaigns and updating relevant materials.
- Manage e-shop visibility for key retailers such as Ici Paris XL and April.
- Create templates and organize materials for updates on new products and trade activations during key periods and launches.
- Follow up on product listings and report on trade visibility.
- Optimize brand visibility and image.
- Create and send email campaigns to the Guerlain Belux database in French and Dutch for key launches.
- Manage and organize various assets in collaboration with the Guerlain headquarters team.
- Support after-sales service requests including customer exchanges and handling defective product returns.
- Assist in coordinating media campaign launches, including briefing creation, asset downloads, and translation of guidelines into French and Dutch.
- Support monthly product forecasts and create competitive reports.
- Participate in commercial meetings, including sell-out analysis and reporting.
- Manage and organize the receipt of support materials for the field team.
- Create support documents and follow up on marketing stock.
- Analyze and follow up on market requests from headquarters.
- Support logistics for the marketing department.
- University education (Business School or equivalent).
- 6 months to 1 year of internship experience minimum.
- Bilingual in French and English, Dutch optional.
- Organized, structured, and action-oriented.
- Analytical skills.
- Enthusiastic and dynamic personality.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of internship experience is required, preferably in a related field.
University education (Business School or equivalent).
