Guerlain Digital and Operational Marketing Intern

- Ensure flawless execution of e-retail sites to elevate the brand.
- Collaborate with the Training and Marketing Travel Retail Europe teams on various projects.
- Edit quarterly newsletters for Beauty Consultants in collaboration with the training manager.
- Track and analyze statistics from the BeGuerlain TR Europe internal app.
- Create training materials such as presentations, brochures, video teasers, and incentives.
- Develop internal videos and visuals for the TR Europe team, including activation teasers and success stories.
- Support monthly reporting tasks, including sell-out reporting and competitive benchmarking.
- Assist in budget presentation preparations.
- Implement an online strategy aligned with physical retail points to ensure perfect e-merchandising across approximately 80 B2B TR Europe sites.
- Create brand pages, monitor banners, and develop banners with Photoshop.
- Update social media pages, digital packs, and magazines in line with Guerlain's strategy and innovation plan.
- Analyze publications and propose action plans based on e-retail evaluation metrics.
- Student in business school, communication, or university (Bac+4/5 level).
- Interest in digital marketing and comfort with new technologies.
- Previous significant experience in digital and/or operational marketing is appreciated.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics market is a plus.

Entry-level experience with a keen interest in digital marketing and new technologies. Previous experience in digital or operational marketing is beneficial.

This is a 6-month paid internship starting in January 2026, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
