Guerlain Digital & Operational Marketing Intern

- Ensure flawless execution of e-retail sites as part of brand elevation efforts.
- Collaborate with the Travel Retail Europe Marketing and Training team on various projects.
- Edit quarterly newsletters for sales staff in collaboration with the Head of Training.
- Analyze statistics from the BeGuerlain TR Europe internal application.
- Create training materials, including presentations, leaflets, and video teasers.
- Produce videos and internal visuals for team activations and incentives.
- Support monthly reporting and competitive benchmarking.
- Assist in budget presentation preparations.
- Implement online strategies to enhance e-merchandising across BtoB customer sites.
- Create and update brand pages, banners, and social media content.
- Analyze digital publications and propose action plans based on evaluations.
- Student in business, communication, or related field (Bac+4/5).
- Appetite for digital marketing and ease with new technologies.
- First significant experience in digital and/or operational marketing is appreciated.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics market is valued.
- Organized and rigorous with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
- Fluency in English and French.
