Guerlain Digital and Operational Marketing Intern

- Ensure flawless execution of e-retail sites to elevate the brand.
- Collaborate with the Travel Retail Europe Marketing and Training team on various projects.
- Quarterly edition of newsletters for sales staff in collaboration with the Head of Training.
- Analyze BeGuerlain TR Europe internal application statistics for HQ and sales staff.
- Create training materials such as presentations, leaflets, video teasers, and provide operational support.
- Develop videos and internal visuals for the TR Europe team, including activations and team achievements.
- Assist in monthly reporting, including sell-out reporting and competitive benchmarking.
- Support budget presentations.
- Implement an online strategy aligned with brick & mortar to ensure optimal e-merchandising across approximately 80 B2B customer sites.
- Create and update brand pages, banners, and social media content in line with the House strategy.
- Analyze publications and propose action plans based on e-retail evaluations.
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field (Bac+4/5).
- A strong interest in digital marketing and proficiency with new technologies.
- Previous experience in digital and/or operational marketing is appreciated.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics market is valued.
- Organized and rigorous with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments including Marketing, Training, Commerce, Supply, and Finance.
- Fluency in English and French.
A first significant experience in digital and/or operational marketing is appreciated.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field (Bac+4/5).
