Guerlain Digital & Operational Marketing Intern

- Ensure flawless execution of e-retail sites in alignment with brand elevation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Travel Retail Europe Marketing and Training team on various projects.
- Edit quarterly newsletters for sales staff in collaboration with the Head of Training.
- Monitor and analyze statistics from the BeGuerlain TR Europe internal application.
- Create training materials such as presentations, leaflets, video teasers, and incentives.
- Produce videos and internal visuals for the TR Europe team, including activation teasers and team victory videos.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, including sell-out reporting and competitive benchmarking.
- Support budget presentation preparations.
- Implement an online strategy to ensure optimal e-merchandising across approximately 80 TR Europe BtoB customer sites.
- Create and update brand pages, banners, and social media content in line with the House strategy and innovation plan.
- Analyze digital publications and propose action plans based on e-retail evaluations.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative flair for content creation and visual design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
