Guerlain Digital & Marketing Coordinator

- Execute and maintain the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) vision and strategy aligned with the company's brand and digital strategy.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and conclude projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments including marketing, sales, PR, finance, customer service, and IT to ensure cohesive digital development.
- Contribute to the development of CRM strategy, expanding the brand’s database and ensuring high-quality reach for DTC.
- Create and translate marketing content for DTC and e-retail.
- Deliver necessary reporting and presentations.
- Establish and implement specific marketing trade and event plans, including PR initiatives.
- Prepare presentations for retailers, monitor progress, and review results.
- Support the Marketing Manager in creating and implementing omnichannel experiences and 360-degree campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports and analyses of brand activations, monitor competitors, and recommend development plans.
- Propose projects to enhance market share and visibility within the distribution network.
- Optimize costs for planned marketing activities.
- Collaborate with brand partners, agencies, influencers, and journalists.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in e-retail and/or e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of visual e-merchandising, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, website UX, and paid social media.
- Ability to create, edit, and upload product photography and descriptions to the e-commerce platform.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong motivation and passion for high-end quality execution.
- Creative, imaginative, and energetic with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-retail, or e-commerce.
Employment through an external agency on a 6-month contract with the potential for career evolution.
