- Execute and maintain brand vision and strategy in alignment with digital strategy and business targets.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close digital and CRM projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with departments such as marketing, sales, PR, finance, customer service, and IT to ensure cohesive digital development.
- Contribute to CRM strategy development, expanding the brand's database and ensuring high-quality reach.
- Create and translate marketing content for communication channels including e-commerce, e-retail, and PR.
- Deliver necessary reporting and presentations.
- Establish and implement specific marketing trade and event plans, including PR initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reviews with retailers, monitoring progress and results.
- Support in creating and implementing omnichannel experiences and 360-degree campaigns.
- Regularly report and analyze brand activations, providing market insights and development recommendations.
- Propose projects to enhance market share and visibility within the distribution network.
- Optimize costs related to planned marketing activities.
- Collaborate with brand partners, agencies, influencers, and journalists.
- University degree with proven digital/marketing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong motivation and passion for high-end quality execution.

- In-depth knowledge of visual e-merchandising, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, website UX, and paid social media.
- Proficiency in creating, editing, and uploading product photography and descriptions to e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally within the cosmetics industry.
University degree with proven digital/marketing experience.
