Guerlain Digital & Marketing Coordinator

- Execute and maintain the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) vision and strategy in alignment with the brand's digital strategy.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and conclude projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing, sales, public relations, finance, customer service, and IT to ensure consistent digital development.
- Contribute to the development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, expanding the brand's database and ensuring high-quality reach for DTC.
- Create and translate marketing content for DTC and e-retail.
- Deliver necessary reporting and presentations.
- Establish and implement specific marketing trade and event plans, including public relations.
- Prepare presentations and reviews with retailers, monitoring progress and results.
- Support the Marketing Manager with the creation and implementation of omnichannel experiences and 360-degree campaigns.
- Prepare regular reporting and analysis of brand activations, monitor competitors, and recommend development plans.
- Propose projects to increase market share and visibility within the distribution network.
- Optimize costs for planned marketing activities.
- Collaborate with brand partners, agencies, influencers, and journalists.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in e-retail and/or e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of visual e-merchandising, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, website UX, and paid social media.
- Ability to create, edit, and upload product photography and descriptions to the e-commerce platform.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field is required.
