Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain the DTC vision and strategy in line with the brand's digital strategy.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, PR, finance, customer service, and IT to ensure consistent digital development.
- Contribute to the development of CRM strategy and enlarge the brand’s database.
- Create and translate marketing content for DTC and e-retail.
- Deliver reports and presentations.
- Establish and implement specific marketing trade and event plans, including PR.
- Prepare presentations and review with retailers, monitoring progress and results.
- Support the creation and implementation of omnichannel experiences and 360 view campaigns.
- Prepare regular reporting and analysis of brand activations and monitor competitors.
- Propose projects to increase market share and visibility within the distribution network.
- Optimize costs for planned marketing activities.
- Cooperate with brand partners, agencies, influencers, and journalists.

Skills
- Experience in e-retail and/or e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of Visual E-merchandising, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
- Ability to create, edit, and upload product photography and descriptions to the ecommerce platform.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and verbal.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
