1. Coordinate the monthly sales forecasting process for exceptional product lines, ensuring timely submission and completeness of market data.
2. Analyze forecast accuracy in detail for short and medium-term projections, proposing necessary adjustments at the product level.
3. Collaborate with operational marketing and market teams to ensure comprehensive sales forecast data for exceptional pieces.
4. Analyze machine learning performance data and propose improvements to the forecasting tool.
5. Participate in steering committees and manage improvement tickets for the sales forecasting tool.
6. Contribute to S&OP processes and enhance process tools.
7. Conduct continuous improvement initiatives by researching best practices in demand and supply planning and proposing process optimizations.
8. Monitor KPIs and develop tracking tools using Power BI.

1. Degree in Engineering or Business School.
2. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data.
3. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
6. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
