Guerlain Demand Planning and Supply Coordinator

- Review and analyze historical sales trends and demand drivers to prepare data and develop statistical models.
- Plan and control the annual budget for purchasing finished products and point-of-sale materials.
- Prepare demand planning reviews for the headquarters team to analyze key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Plan replenishment based on sellout performance and weeks of supply to ensure alignment with the commercial team.
- Update and analyze the product catalog to manage product discontinuation and integration of new features.
- Download and distribute inventory information to the commercial and marketing teams, ensuring follow-up with the distribution center until products are available for sale.
- Monitor new product launches to ensure timely market activation and on-counter dates.
- Lead the monthly purchasing process in coordination with the headquarters team, ensuring timely and accurate purchase orders.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning and supply coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods with an understanding of multi-product environments.
- Organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience with demand planning tools such as Anaplan or AX is desirable.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning and supply coordination is required.
