1. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare data, develop statistical models, evaluate forecast results, and update information in the system.
2. Plan and control the annual budget for purchasing finished products and point-of-sale materials.
3. Prepare Demand Planning reviews for the headquarters team to analyze key performance indicators.
4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand demand forecast drivers.
5. Plan replenishment based on sellout performance and weeks of supply, coordinating with the commercial team to ensure accuracy.
6. Analyze and update the product catalog to identify products for discontinuation and integrate new features to determine minimum purchase quantities.
7. Manage inventory data, coordinating with the commercial and marketing teams, and oversee the purchase process from origin to distribution center until products are available for sale.
8. Monitor all new product launches to ensure timely on-counter dates and marketing activations.
9. Lead the monthly purchasing process in coordination with the headquarters team, ensuring timely and accurate purchase orders.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

1. Advanced proficiency in English
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Advanced Excel skills
4. Proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods
5. Organizational and follow-up skills
6. Experience with demand planning tools such as Anaplan or AX is desirable

A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field is required.
