- Coordinate the monthly sales forecasting process for recurring product references, ensuring adherence to the forecast submission schedule and data completeness.
- Analyze short and medium-term forecast accuracy and propose necessary product-level adjustments.
- Compare budget discrepancies with market and product forecasts and contribute to central S&OP analyses.
- Lead the forecasting process for new product launches, evaluating potential from marketing briefs in collaboration with operational marketing.
- Analyze and challenge market launch forecasts to enhance reliability and optimize consumption rates.
- Represent the Supply Chain in innovation meetings, providing precise forecast quality analysis.
- Monitor global and market-specific performance indicators using Power BI, proactively improving forecasting tools.
- Participate in forecast analysis via machine learning and propose enhancements to forecasting methods.
- Define and monitor relevant management indicators, mastering Power BI tools.
- Contribute to S&OP and market follow-up, maintaining close communication with markets and leading Demand Reviews.
- Share market information impacting other product areas with the team and ensure the maturity of local S&OP processes.
- Act as the expert for the market area, actively contributing to central S&OP cycle analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Rigorous and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
