Guerlain Data Product Owner – Marketing & Image

- Lead the deployment of Data for Marketing & Image projects, including identifying operational needs through workshops and optimizing cross-functional processes, particularly in content production and management.
- Structure project portfolios and develop business cases in collaboration with finance teams to prioritize based on measurable criteria.
- Prepare communication materials for various governance bodies.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Business Teams, Data Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Visualization Developers to ensure successful project deployment.
- Promote the integration of new AI and GenAI technologies into development practices and processes.
- Act as the point of contact for LVMH teams to support the adoption of group solutions and consolidate business feedback.
- Participate in designing innovative data solutions to facilitate ideation, evaluate concepts, and optimize marketing operations.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in Data Science and GenAI, sharing knowledge to foster innovation and collective skill development.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and integration within marketing applications to optimize data exploitation.
- Develop and maintain management tools, such as dashboards and Power BI reports, to help marketing teams identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote the adoption of existing management tools within the organization to enable informed decision-making and development optimization.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Data, ideally within a Marketing or Luxury context.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in data technologies such as Machine Learning, data visualization, SQL, and data structures.
- Interest in generative AI.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or equivalent, with Dataiku being a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Curiosity, teamwork, and result-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, ideally within a Marketing or Luxury context.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Data.
