Guerlain Data Analyst

- Conduct comprehensive analyses on client trends and suggest actionable improvements.
- Update ongoing reports and perform detailed analysis using MS Excel and SQL.
- Define and acquire necessary data from various sources, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Maintain and manage databases in adherence to the Private Information Protection Act.
- Develop data infrastructure and Business Intelligence tools for real-time insights and data visualization.
- Monitor customer journeys, identifying patterns and optimizing communication strategies.
- Generate ad-hoc business reports and contribute strategically to higher management.
- Collaborate across teams to drive business insights and improvements.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Assertiveness in providing real-time feedback based on data.
- Ability to leverage data for strategic recommendations.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
- Collaboration skills for cross-team data management.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into lay terms.
- Commitment to teamwork.
- Experience with various data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and optimization.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing and automation.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field is required.
A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related major is required.
