1. Conduct comprehensive analyses on client trends and suggest actionable improvements.

3. Define and acquire necessary data for analyses from various data sources.
4. Maintain databases in compliance with the Private Information Protection Act.
5. Develop tools for Business Intelligence (BI) to provide real-time insights.
6. Monitor customer journeys and optimize communication strategies.
7. Generate ad-hoc business reports for senior management.
8. Collaborate across teams to enhance data management and insights.

1. Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2. Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related field.

2. Ability to integrate data insights into recommendations.
3. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
4. Collaboration skills for cross-team data management.
5. Translation of technical requirements into lay terms.
