Guerlain Data Analyst Intern

1. Conduct in-depth data analysis including customer profiling, purchasing behavior, and monitoring customer engagement and CRM campaign performance.
2. Organize workshops with business teams to identify operational challenges and associated business opportunities.
3. Contribute to the implementation of training plans to facilitate the adoption of data tools developed by the team.
4. Actively participate in various stages of Data Science projects, from needs definition to deployment phase.
5. Contribute to the security and enrichment of Guerlain's data assets.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (M2) in engineering, business, or equivalent with a specialization in data.
2. Prior 6-month experience as a Data Analyst.

1. Proficiency in SQL.
2. Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar and a good understanding of data structures.
3. Strong knowledge of Data Visualization.
4. Programming language proficiency is highly appreciated.
5. Familiarity with Dataiku is a plus.
6. Strong analytical skills, communication, and writing abilities.
7. Teamwork skills and comfort in communicating with stakeholders across different functions.
8. Fluency in English.

Beginner level experience required, ideally a prior internship in a similar role.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M2) in a relevant field.
