Guerlain Data Analyst Intern

- Conduct in-depth data analysis, including customer profiling, purchasing behavior, customer engagement tracking, and CRM campaign performance evaluation.
- Organize workshops with business teams to identify operational challenges and business opportunities.
- Facilitate the adoption of data tools developed by the team through training plans.
- Actively participate in all stages of Data Science projects, from needs definition to deployment.
- Contribute to the security and enrichment of Guerlain's data assets.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M2) in engineering, business, or equivalent with a specialization in data.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar and a strong understanding of data structures.
- Knowledgeable in Data Visualization.
- Proficiency in a programming language is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Dataiku is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- Teamwork skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
