1. Conduct in-depth data analysis, including customer profiling, purchasing behavior, customer engagement tracking, and CRM campaign performance evaluation.
2. Organize workshops with business teams to identify operational challenges and business opportunities.
3. Facilitate the adoption of data tools developed by the team through training plans.
4. Actively participate in all stages of Data Science projects, from needs definition to deployment.
5. Contribute to the security and enrichment of Guerlain's data assets.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M2) in engineering, business, or equivalent with a specialization in data.
2. Minimum of 6 months experience as a Data Analyst.
3. Proficient in SQL.
4. Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar and a strong understanding of data structures.
5. Knowledgeable in Data Visualization.
6. Proficiency in a programming language is highly valued.
7. Familiarity with Dataiku is a plus.
8. Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
9. Teamwork skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
10. Proficient in English.
