Guerlain Customer Quality Engineer

- Monitor product quality through customer complaint indicators and lead improvement action plans.
- Organize and manage customer complaint escalations from various sources both domestically and internationally.
- Verify and approve investigations for root cause identification, impact studies, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure follow-up on action plans, including communication with subsidiaries, customer service, and management.
- Manage cosmetovigilance cases by organizing escalations and communicating with relevant departments for case evaluations.
- Prepare and present annual reviews of cosmetovigilance cases to Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and LVMH Technical Compliance Departments.
- Collaborate with the Development team to establish panel schedules and objectives during design/industrialization phases.
- Organize panelist recruitment, distribution, and analysis of samples in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Report panel results to Marketing teams.
- Update trend analyses related to complaints to identify improvement opportunities and report to management.
- Provide insights to development and marketing teams for future packaging designs and formula innovations based on complaint analyses and competitor product studies.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve service processes, including simplification and automation.
- Ensure consistency in product shelf life definitions across systems according to product type.
- Respond to subsidiary inquiries and participate in periodic stock review arbitrations led by the Supply Chain.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Quality or Packaging
- Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in luxury or packaging industries
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with information systems such as SAP and PowerBI
- Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams

A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the luxury or packaging sectors.
