- Execute CRM campaigns across various client segments, including setup, execution, and monitoring.
- Support client acquisition, retention, and reactivation through multi-channel activities.
- Manage communications and loyalty content, ensuring alignment with brand tone.
- Coordinate client treatment programs and support VIP client events, including planning, RSVP, and logistics.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to extract actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver regular CRM KPI reports, including engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Provide data-driven suggestions to enhance campaign effectiveness and targeting.
- Monitor customer data quality and manage the client data collection process.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and maintain system performance.
- Ensure compliance with local privacy policies and data protection regulations.
- Work closely with retail teams to support CRM operations and execute in-store initiatives.
- Manage CRM-related inventory and ensure proper tracking of campaign assets and expenses.
- Assist the CRM Manager with ad-hoc projects and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor competitor CRM activities and contribute to internal best practice sharing.
- Manage annual CRM activity calendars and track A&P budget as needed.
- Fluent in Korean and English, both verbal and written.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations, ideally within the retail, beauty, or luxury industry.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and organized in managing multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and campaign execution, such as Salesforce or Adobe.
Minimum 5 years in CRM or marketing operations, preferably within the retail, beauty, or luxury sectors.
