1. Oversee the operational aspects of the CRM activation plan, including the production and delivery of CRM campaigns and assets to various markets.
2. Serve as the primary contact for market-specific activation plan inquiries.
3. Support CRM projects related to activation and loyalty programs, including the deployment of automated campaigns and the introduction of new channels such as SMS and push notifications.
4. Conduct competitive analysis to identify and share best practices in customer loyalty and activation.
5. Monitor and analyze the monthly performance of CRM campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in CRM, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
2. Proactive and curious nature with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Entry-level, ideally with prior internship experience in CRM.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent.
