Guerlain CRM Project Intern

- Oversee the operational aspects of the CRM activation plan, including the production and delivery of CRM campaigns and assets to various markets.
- Serve as the primary contact for market-specific activation plan inquiries.
- Support CRM projects related to activation and loyalty programs, including the deployment of automated campaigns and the introduction of new channels such as SMS and push notifications.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify and share best practices in customer loyalty and activation.
- Monitor and analyze the monthly performance of CRM campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in CRM, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Proactive and curious nature with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Entry-level, ideally with prior internship experience in CRM.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent.
