1. Support the CRM & Clienteling Executive in deploying e-newsletters to enhance email marketing communications.
2. Assist in the operational management of the Guerlain&You loyalty programme across multiple channels.
3. Prepare email briefs and adapt global assets to the UK market context.
4. Utilize email creative tools for updating and managing email creatives from briefing to deployment.
5. Collaborate with communication agencies to broadcast emails using Adobe Campaign.
6. Report on email performance using Google Analytics and CRM BI tools.
7. Conduct ad hoc competitor and email trend analysis.
8. Manage weekly loyalty gift orders, CRM stock inventory, and track deliveries.
9. Handle customer queries from various teams and respond promptly.
10. Assist in deploying tailored gifting agendas for top clients.

1. Fluent in English with strong language and communication skills.
2. Demonstrable knowledge of the luxury industry and interest in CRM.
3. Previous experience in CRM or email marketing is desirable but not mandatory.

1. Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
2. Adept at learning and using new technical tools such as Dartagnan.
3. Analytical mindset with strong numeracy skills.
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
5. Adaptable and resilient with a solution-oriented approach.

Beginner level experience in CRM, customer services, or retail is desirable but not mandatory.
