1. Manage the loyalty rewards catalogue and coordinate with agencies for artwork updates, ensuring timely delivery.
2. Oversee inventory of Loyalty Gifts to ensure availability at retail locations.
3. Update all Guerlain & You collaterals promptly.
4. Submit monthly CRM reports to internal stakeholders.
5. Coordinate the EDM calendar for tactical campaigns and new product launches.
6. Conceptualize and execute clienteling events, ensuring client satisfaction and positive ROI.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to source vendors and manage event logistics.
8. Lead event briefings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
9. Oversee monthly deployment of events across all stores.
10. Submit post-event and post-launch reports to internal stakeholders.
11. Provide monthly updates on competitor activities.
12. Support the Singapore Marketing Team with day-to-day marketing and operational tasks.

1. Available for a minimum of 6 months from the start date.
