Guerlain CRM and Loyalty Project Manager

- Optimize the Guerlain loyalty strategy by participating in the redesign of the loyalty program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, data, and legal to co-develop the future loyalty program.
- Ensure project follow-up, including planning and coordination of stakeholders.
- Lead testing and deployment phases of the new program.
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the Guerlain&Vous loyalty program in collaboration with IT, Digital, Operational Marketing, and Retail teams.
- Coordinate necessary updates and optimizations with relevant teams.
- Analyze feedback from local teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the implementation of communication elements around the loyalty program.
- Support markets in defining and implementing their customer engagement plans.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to the Guerlain&Vous program.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Client Marketing/CRM.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in loyalty and customer relationship development roles, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively and rigorously.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM databases and data analysis for strategic action implementation.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 3 years in roles focused on loyalty and customer relationship development, ideally within the beauty or luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Client Marketing/CRM.
