GuerlainCRM & Loyalty Project Manager
Guerlain, established in 1828, is renowned for crafting exceptional and audacious fragrances and beauty products. The company is undergoing a transformation to become the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house, surpassing competition in exclusivity and image.
- Participate in defining the strategy for revamping the loyalty program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, data, legal) to co-develop the future program.
- Ensure project follow-up, including planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Lead testing and deployment phases of the new program.
- Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the Guerlain&Vous loyalty program in collaboration with various stakeholders: IT, Digital, Operational Marketing, Retail.
- Coordinate necessary optimizations and updates with relevant teams.
- Analyze feedback from local teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of communication elements around the loyalty program.
- Support markets in defining and implementing their customer engagement plans.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to the Guerlain&Vous program.
- Degree equivalent to BAC+5 in business school or university with a specialization in Client Marketing/CRM.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in roles focused on loyalty and customer relationship development, preferably in the beauty/luxury sector.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively and rigorously.
- Agile and curious nature with strong teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail, persuasive skills, and good interpersonal relations.
- Proficiency in numbers, analysis, KPI tracking, and synthesis.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with IT processing software (e.g., SAP).
- Knowledge of CRM databases and data analysis for strategic actions.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 3 years in roles focused on loyalty and customer relationship development, preferably in the beauty/luxury sector.
Degree equivalent to BAC+5 in business school or university with a specialization in Client Marketing/CRM.
Position based in Paris with a hybrid working mode.
