Guerlain CRM & Clienteling Coordinator

- Support the CRM & Clienteling Manager and Intern in executing the CRM & Clienteling Communications Calendar and initiatives.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of CRM & Clienteling communications, including Email, SMS, Clienteling App BeeGold, and Direct Mail, ensuring timely execution.
- Develop bespoke CRM & Clienteling communications by collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary elements and manage workflow for timely delivery.
- Maintain and update email creative using the Dartagnan email creative tool.
- Execute direct mail campaigns by partnering with printing agencies and preparing associated gifting materials.
- Provide logistical support for clienteling campaigns, including managing stock and coordinating gift preparation and delivery.
- Collaborate with UK Sales and CRM teams to develop bespoke communications for retail partners.
- Assist with database management tasks and data acquisition initiatives.
- Oversee weekly loyalty gift orders and supervise loyalty programme stock inventory.
- Assist with regular reporting to monitor resource allocation and campaign impact.
- Produce performance reports on CRM & Clienteling campaigns using Google Analytics and CRM BI.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM or similar role within luxury goods or FMCG.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Studies.
- Proficiency in CRM campaign tools and digital platforms such as Dartagnan and Adobe Campaign.
- Client-centric mindset with experience in CRM, customer services, or retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Aptitude for analysis and reporting, with experience in Google Analytics and PowerBI.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage operational tasks.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or a similar role within the luxury goods or FMCG sector.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Studies.
