1. Support the CRM & Clienteling Manager and Intern in executing the CRM & Clienteling Communications Calendar and initiatives.
2. Coordinate end-to-end CRM & Clienteling communications, including Email, SMS, Clienteling App BeeGold, and Direct Mail, ensuring timely execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
3. Develop bespoke CRM & Clienteling communications by collaborating with internal teams, securing approvals, and managing workflows for timely delivery.
4. Maintain and update email creatives using the Dartagnan tool.
5. Execute direct mail campaigns by coordinating with printing agencies and preparing gifting materials.
6. Provide logistical support for clienteling campaigns, including stock management and gift preparation.
7. Collaborate with UK Sales and CRM teams to develop bespoke communications for retail partners.
8. Assist with database management tasks and data acquisition initiatives.
9. Oversee weekly loyalty gift orders and supervise loyalty programme stock inventory.
10. Assist in regular reporting to monitor resource allocation and campaign impact, using tools like Google Analytics and CRM BI.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Studies.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or a similar role within the luxury goods or FMCG retail industry.

1. Proficiency in CRM campaign tools and email creative platforms, with experience in Adobe Campaign being desirable.
2. Adept at learning and using new digital platforms, including Dartagnan.
3. Strong client-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Aptitude for analysis and reporting, with experience in Google Analytics and PowerBI being advantageous.
5. Strong organizational skills and autonomy, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
7. Proactive, adaptable, and resilient with strong relationship-building skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or a similar role within the luxury goods or FMCG retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree or Business Studies equivalent.
