Guerlain CRM Activation Project Manager

- Develop and manage the relational plan, including campaign management and CRM tool production.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as well as markets to ensure alignment with marketing briefs and business objectives.
- Prepare and facilitate validation meetings with the marketing team.
- Oversee the development and delivery of tools to markets, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Optimize relational tools and CRM support materials.
- Update existing tools and develop new recruitment, loyalty, and reactivation mechanisms in line with market needs and Guerlain's brand guidelines.
- Create and manage email campaigns, including tactical and trigger emails.
- Manage budgets and operational tasks, including order tracking.
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop benchmarks.
- Provide weekly support and guidance to markets to ensure effective CRM strategy deployment.
- Consolidate market activities, including campaigns, results, and optimization levers, and share best practices.
- Coordinate activation plans with various market stakeholders (CRM, Digital, Retail, IT).
- Monitor data, report, and analyze performance and KPIs at both international and market levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a specialization in Client Marketing/CRM.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in client relationship development and activation roles, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks proactively.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with attention to detail and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and synthesis.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with IT processing software (e.g., SAP).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce) and CRM database management and analysis.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Minimum of 3 years in roles focused on client relationship development and activation, ideally within the beauty or luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Client Marketing/CRM.
