Guerlain Credit Management and Treasury Officer

- Monitor daily cash flows including receipts, disbursements, and bank balances.
- Participate in the development and monthly monitoring of foreign exchange risk forecasts.
- Construct cash flow forecasts.
- Assist in preparing treasury reports for management and the Group.
- Oversee customer credit balances and ensure adherence to credit limits.
- Centralize and evaluate credit limit requests from international subsidiaries for management presentation.
- Prevent and manage disputes in collaboration with sales and accounting teams.
- Contribute to securing receivables and reducing the risk of unpaid debts at the group level.
- Participate in the implementation of monitoring tools and KPIs aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, particularly in digitalization and process automation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Treasury and Credit Management Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management, or equivalent.
- Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship) in treasury, credit management, or audit.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of financial ERP systems.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a penchant for engaging with internal and external clients.
- Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is appreciated in an international context.
Entry-level experience in treasury, credit management, or audit, including internships or apprenticeships.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management, or equivalent.
