- Ensure profitability and performance by preparing and analyzing business plans during the development of new products.
- Identify financial levers and potential risks, challenging various stakeholders.
- Calculate medium-term impacts of product launches on franchise margins and overall brand performance.
- Estimate three-year innovation, basic, and promotional plans to meet growth and margin objectives.
- Participate in decision-making processes for new product launches with marketing, sales, supply, and finance departments.
- Manage margins by axes, franchises, and markets.
- Contribute to budgetary processes by supporting and challenging operational teams.
- Control and analyze expenditures, alerting on risks and opportunities.
- Oversee financial investments in molds and tooling (CAPEX), ensuring budget targets are met and costs optimized.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in financial control, consolidation, or audit.
- Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of SAP.
- Fluency in English.
- Demonstrated sense of confidentiality.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in financial control, consolidation, or audit roles.
