Guerlain Corporate Paralegal

- Manage corporate affairs for French and international subsidiaries within the LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics Division, coordinating with finance, HR, and export departments.
- Draft, validate, and oversee the signing of shareholder and board resolutions for account approvals, director appointments, dividend distributions, and other legal formalities.
- Coordinate with local attorneys on corporate law matters for foreign subsidiaries.
- Update corporate reporting tools, specifically using Dili-Trust software.
- Draft intra-group contracts concerning inter-entity relations in collaboration with the tax team and legal advisors.
- Establish and manage delegations of power and signature for the Perfumes & Cosmetics Branch.
- Handle requests for export formalities, including document drafting, signature processes, translation, legalization, and apostille.
- Respond to inquiries regarding foreign subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with financial and export departments of relevant houses and the Holding services.
- Support distribution legal team on specific issues, update General Terms of Sale for Export clients, and organize team meetings and appointments.
- Degree in Law or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or IUT Legal Careers).
- Experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Autonomous, organized, and meticulous.
- Strong anticipation skills and team spirit.
- Discretion and diplomacy.
- Adaptability and strong organizational skills.
Entry-level experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
