1. Manage corporate affairs for French and international subsidiaries within the LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics Division, coordinating with finance, HR, and export departments.
2. Draft, validate, and oversee the signing of shareholder and board resolutions for account approvals, director appointments, dividend distributions, and other legal formalities.
3. Coordinate with local attorneys on corporate law matters for foreign subsidiaries.
4. Update corporate reporting tools, specifically using Dili-Trust software.
5. Draft intra-group contracts concerning inter-entity relations in collaboration with the tax team and legal advisors.
6. Establish and manage delegations of power and signature for the Perfumes & Cosmetics Branch.
7. Handle requests for export formalities, including document drafting, signature processes, translation, legalization, and apostille.
8. Respond to inquiries regarding foreign subsidiaries.
9. Coordinate with financial and export departments of relevant houses and the Holding services.
10. Support distribution legal team on specific issues, update General Terms of Sale for Export clients, and organize team meetings and appointments.

1. Degree in Law or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or IUT Legal Careers).
2. Experience in a similar position.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

6. Adaptability and strong organizational skills.

Entry-level experience required.

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
