Guerlain Corporate Communications Specialist

- Develop and manage the institutional editorial calendar and Guerlain's brand platform, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone of voice.
- Coordinate the deployment of the editorial calendar across all communication channels, including PR, e-PR, influence, social media, digital, and CRM.
- Contribute to the creation of corporate communication campaigns and associated audiovisual, image, and editorial content.
- Draft detailed briefs, organize logistics for shoots, oversee post-production, and deliver packages to 360-degree teams.
- Create editorial briefs, review and edit editorial tools in French and English.
- Oversee graphic design and verification, including iconography recommendations and layout.
- Collaborate on the co-creation of 360-degree activations across communication channels for corporate themes or product discourse enhancement.
- Assist in the planning and organization of corporate events in collaboration with markets and headquarters.
- Develop, monitor, and update corporate communication documents, tools, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in communication roles, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strategic mindset with conceptual intelligence and brand storytelling capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and engaged work ethic with a strategic and conceptual mindset.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
2 to 3 years of experience in communication roles, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, or related field.
