- Develop and oversee the deployment of a robust 360-degree corporate communication strategy, including an institutional editorial calendar to ensure the brand's qualitative presence and visibility.
- Create a solid activation plan by identifying impactful communication opportunities and relevant profiles to faithfully convey the brand's DNA and positioning.
- Co-develop immersive corporate event concepts that embody Guerlain's commitment and values.
- Supervise the creation and production of press tools that serve as strong image vectors for Guerlain.
- Manage the annual budget for the Corporate Communication team and ensure its adherence.
- Define and communicate expected guidelines for the coordination and orchestration of 360-degree corporate communication actions to markets.
- Establish and lead international annual cross-sharing forums.
- Consolidate specific market requests to anticipate the need for certain adaptations.
- Define key performance indicators for each major event of the year, both quantitative and qualitative, and ensure clear communication to markets.
- Implement centralized performance tracking tools to consolidate market feedback and monitor the impact of actions taken.
- Analyze results, share best practices, and develop action plans to refine future activations.
- Manage a team of two individuals.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in institutional communication roles, preferably within the beauty or luxury sectors.
- Strong strategic vision and understanding of image-related topics and their business contribution.
- Creative mindset with conceptual intelligence and the ability to think and convey brand storytelling.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
- Pragmatic approach to project management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to express and write with finesse in both languages.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a preference for experience in the beauty or luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
