- Develop and oversee the deployment of a robust 360-degree corporate communication strategy and associated editorial calendar to ensure qualitative brand presence and visibility.
- Create a solid activation plan by identifying impactful communication opportunities and relevant profiles to faithfully convey the brand's DNA and positioning.
- Co-conceive corporate event concepts that provide immersive experiences and serve as inexhaustible sources of inspiration to reflect Guerlain's commitment and values.
- Supervise the drafting and production of press tools that serve as strong image vectors for Guerlain.
- Construct and manage the annual budget for the Corporate Communication team.
- Define and communicate expected guidelines to markets for the coordination and orchestration of 360-degree Corporate Communication actions.
- Establish and facilitate annual international cross-sharing forums.
- Consolidate market-specific requests and needs to anticipate the need for certain adaptations.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each major event of the year, both quantitative and qualitative, and ensure clear communication to markets.
- Implement centralized performance tracking tools to consolidate market feedback and monitor the impact of actions taken.
- Analyze results, share best practices, and implement action plans to refine future activations.
- Manage a team of two individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, or equivalent university degree.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in institutional communication roles within an agency or company, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Recognized for strategic vision and deep understanding of Image-related topics and their business contribution.
- Creative mindset with strong conceptual intelligence and ability to think and convey brand storytelling.
- Up-to-date with emerging trends in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
- Pragmatic approach to project management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Fluent in French and English, with the ability to express and write with finesse and subtlety in both languages.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Journalism, Business, or related field.
