- Manage the annual budget for the Corporate Communication team and ensure its adherence.
- Define and communicate corporate communication guidelines to markets for coordinated 360-degree actions.
- Establish and lead annual international forums for cross-market sharing.
- Consolidate market-specific requests to anticipate the need for certain adaptations.
- Define key performance indicators for major annual events and ensure clear communication to markets.
- Implement centralized performance tracking tools to consolidate market feedback and monitor action impact.
- Analyze results, share best practices, and develop action plans to refine future activations.
- Manage a team of two individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in corporate communication roles, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong strategic vision and understanding of image-related business contributions.
- Creative mindset with conceptual intelligence and brand storytelling ability.
- Awareness of emerging trends in sustainability and social responsibility.
- Pragmatic approach to project management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate and write with finesse in both languages.
