Guerlain Consumer Events Specialist

- Develop and coordinate the animation plan for various events, including PODIUM, GAISHO EVENT, MASTER CLASS, CONSUMER, and CRM/PR.
- Create detailed 3D images of proposed plans for validation by headquarters and brief local suppliers on specifics to ensure accurate execution.
- Oversee the execution of retail events ensuring all activities are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage event logistics, setup, and teardown.
- Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
- Manage and coordinate all 360° marketing materials required for events, ensuring alignment with Guerlain's brand standards.
- Work with the creative team to develop and produce promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
- Oversee the coordination and deployment of direct retail activity devices such as engraving machines and consultation tablets.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on the proper use of these devices.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules for all events and marketing activities.
- Monitor and control budgets, ensuring all activities are executed within the allocated budget.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status, budget utilization, and any variances.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, event management, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using project management and design software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and SketchUp 3D.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the beauty or luxury industry is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in trade marketing, event management, or a similar role.

This role offers a hybrid working mode with the possibility of occasional travel to event sites and retail locations. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours during events and peak periods is required.
