Guerlain Consumer Events Specialist

- Develop and coordinate the animation plan for various events, including PODIUM, GAISHO EVENT, MASTER CLASS, CONSUMER, and CRM/PR.
- Create detailed 3D images of proposed plans for validation by headquarters.
- Brief local suppliers on the specifics of the animation plan once approved by HQ.
- Oversee the execution of retail events, ensuring all activities are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage event logistics, setup, and teardown.
- Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate all 360° marketing materials required for events, ensuring alignment with Guerlain's brand standards.
- Work with the creative team to develop and produce promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
- Oversee the coordination and deployment of direct retail activity devices such as engraving machines and consultation tablets.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules for all events and marketing activities.
- Monitor and control budgets, ensuring all activities are executed within the allocated budget.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status, budget utilization, and any variances.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, event management, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using project management and design software.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the beauty or luxury industry is a plus.
- English communication skills are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in trade marketing, event management, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
This position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work. It may require occasional travel to event sites and retail locations, with flexibility to work outside of regular business hours during events and peak periods.
