1. Act as a strategic partner to the local General Manager.
2. Collaborate with the VP of Omnichannel Sales to monitor business trends and identify risks and opportunities.
3. Oversee the construction and monitoring of budgets, three-year plans, and forecasts.
4. Provide accurate financial information to support management decision-making.
5. Lead monthly financial closings and perform variance analyses for P&L lines and ledger accounts.
6. Compute monthly accruals and analyze balance sheet accounts.
7. Report financial information to headquarters in France and validate local financial statements.
8. Manage accounts receivable balances and conduct various financial analyses.
9. Work closely with internal departments such as Accounting, IT, and Customer Service.
10. Approve purchase orders and manage invoicing flows.
11. Maintain approval workflows for AX and Medius systems.
12. Assist with ad hoc reports and projects.

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in FP&A within the luxury, retail, or beauty industry.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in FP&A within the luxury, retail, or beauty industry.

Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 USD, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
