1. Execute, report, and analyze sales performance and KPIs for all UK channels.
2. Conduct product performance reporting and analysis.
3. Develop new reports on an ad-hoc basis as per business needs.
4. Support retail network projects and incentives.
5. Coordinate retail projects and activations, ensuring streamlined processes and effective communication with stakeholders.
6. Prepare internal and external presentations, ensuring data accuracy.
7. Manage temporary staffing projects and build relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Assist in stock management and replenishment, liaising with marketing, sales, customer service, and finance departments.
9. Provide administrative support to the Retail Department.
10. Support the Education team with training administration and logistics.
11. Assist with travel bookings and hospitality arrangements.
12. Create purchase orders and prepare budget reports and trackers.
13. Organize retail and training events, including consultant awards and brand conferences.
14. Assist with newsletters to consultants, coordinating with team and other departments.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to reporting systems and retail operations.
