- Execute, report, and analyze sales performance and KPIs across all UK channels.
- Conduct product performance reporting and analysis.
- Develop new reports on an ad-hoc basis to meet business needs.
- Support retail network projects and incentives within the Retail department.
- Coordinate retail projects and activations, ensuring communication with key stakeholders and follow-up actions.
- Prepare internal and external presentations, ensuring accuracy of figures.
- Manage temporary staffing projects and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Assist in stock management, replenishment, and stock take at the retail level.
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Department.
- Support the Education team with training administration and logistics.
- Assist with travel bookings and hospitality arrangements.
- Create purchase orders for invoices accurately and timely.
- Prepare budget reports and trackers, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in organizing retail and training events, including consultant awards and brand conferences.
- Collaborate on newsletters to consultants, liaising with teams and departments.
