1. Execute, report, and analyze sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all UK channels.
2. Conduct product performance reporting and analysis.
3. Develop new reporting based on business needs.
4. Support retail department projects and incentives within the retail network.
5. Coordinate retail projects and activations, ensuring communication with key stakeholders.
6. Prepare internal and external presentations, ensuring accuracy of figures.
7. Manage temporary staffing projects as required by retail needs.
8. Assist in stock management and replenishment, liaising with marketing, sales, customer service, and finance departments.
9. Provide administrative support to the Retail Department.
10. Support the Education team with training administration and logistics.
11. Assist with travel bookings and hospitality arrangements.
12. Create purchase orders for invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
13. Prepare budget reports and trackers, ensuring accuracy.
14. Assist with the organization of retail and training events.
15. Contribute to newsletters for consultants, liaising with teams and other departments.
